Cannot login, Pls help

After updated to latest version,

It pops out "The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." when I want to start the game.

How CAn i fix this problem?

pls someone help....

You need to download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistribuable Package.
