But technically, its your responsibility to make sure you aren't gaining experience from a hacker. Regardless if you were AFK, she probably still partied you, thus, you were gaining experience from a hacker. So you are guilty by association.

Stop talking crap. Its easy to check this player was afk for some minutes, if he asked for party or if he did moved his char or anything.
Not hard to check he was AFK at all.

Normally Blaster player when joined with any party firsttime i just see amoung pf player if enought for 6 party i kust party they all. and before GMSignPainter come there for kick my party Guardianofhioe still AFK. i said "Hi" but he notrespond.
