My wiz symb got bugged from last time rollback, and i hv already send a ticket on 4th sep, till now still not finished~

GM pls tell me when could i get the reset the quest? need take a year or will never fix it?

if ya please tell me let me to train a new one, or maybe faster then I keep waiting like that...
