Best suggestion: Make Lethys cover Pepsi. Priests would be the only to gain that benefit, and it would make that spell more useful... No one (except about me sometimes) use Lethys :?

I would suggest a small nerf, like increasing the CP cost and reducing the charges.
For example cp cost = 12 and 3charges

Same time, lover lvls of pepsi could be more charges for less cp but also with less duration.
It gives you choice to spam alot short duration pepsi or less longer duration pepsi.

We could discuss regarding exact numbers if this change were to be implemented.

i think this is a way to weak Horn of iceberg

but effective is less when thief don't need to worry cp(i mean cha is high)

and my main point is:

Horn of iceberg is a skill can prevent only by "ss" and "ice armor"

not every profession can do it ( i mean wiz warrior archer) in war

so why can thief ignore almost every defence magic and easly slow several enermy ?

it's alomost no limit in use but enermy almost can't prevent skill !!!

so i think ,it shoud be limit when use Horn of iceberg~~

And just like the argument for not removing stun, you can make (or hunt in this case) for pots to negate the effect. Speed pots are dropped by lots of monsters, pick them up when you see them.

Also, you say it has no limit, but if you get pepsi'd yourself, you cant charge pepsi until it either wares off or you take a speed pot. Not to mention the whole idea of getting yourself closer to an enemy to slow them down. It makes you a pretty easy target, and unless you have good smart/eva/ac rares, you are putting yourself in danger of getting hit by some one's ex or taking higher damage from a wiz spell because they do more damage when you are closer. Im sure its also easier to LD+hit some one who is running toward you rather than away.

But as far as weakening Pepsi goes, I think if you made it so people dont have the effect if the attack misses, that might help fix the problem. Giving pepsi a chance to fail.

my point is the skill you can't prevent , how will you compare with who's hp more?? , it don't have any relation!!

btw do you think archer will use ice armor in war to kill somebody??? '-_-
