Thief can't use Horn of iceberg if they got "SFD" or "Protection"

Just like warrior can't use Dark Blade after they got "SFD" , buy they can start DB before got SFD~

In another word , thief can use Horn of iceberg only under these state:

1. no buff

2.CancleFromCounteractionOfDivine (ignore curse magice include LifeDrain,but no physical Defence power)

3.DivieBless (ignore curse magice,but no physical Defence power)

4.icing Armor (Physical Defence power,buy will attack by curse magic)


After these correction ,Horn of iceberg still ignore most defense magic , but~~

you will not see a thief got "SFD(Pro)+ac22x+eva33%+smart33%" and keep use Horn of iceberg but superhard be killed

and

you will not see a warrior got"SFD(Pro)+ac22x+smart33%+CA41%" and keep use Horn of iceberg buy superhard be killed

I'll stay neutral on this. I find Pepsi sometimes a bit overpowered but in the meantime, Wizards and Priests would be damn overpowered if it did not exist. I mean, I know very well as myself that 95% of my deaths are caused by it. If it was nerfed this way, I (and many other wizards) would be unkillable. The same goes for priests.

i think this is okay
but i think not only the duration of pespi affect by the buff
the effect also need to reduce

e.g: the pepsier is buff, the duration and the effect (how slow for a ppl got pespi) need to reduce too

i will say if no pespi when get buff
wiz will become hard to chase, when they want to hide it
but that still can kill, not unkillable,
because wiz and priest need cast spell, that may take some time, and give the chance for ppl to kill them
unless that wiz just hide and don't do anything..
