RE bug

Hi all,

I have paid $6.99 for RE at 28/05/2012, but not showing in any of my character when I approach to the "Mall", can you admins please have a look at this problem? And I would like to know if anyone having the same problem. Also, how long it takes to convert real money to RE, do I have to wait a long time?

you need go to merchant board to collect
