Rules regarding PKing and Harassment regarding double exp are stronger and this since the very first double exp event, which is why we off the PK in several maps, to avoid handling multiple reports. So far no such case happened in the maps we weren't offing PK in such as Light Dungeon because we thought people wouldn't PK their own nation at least. Turns out we've been wrong so PK will now be disabled in the Light Dungeon as well. And the stronger rules were applied to the PKer which got warned, like we used to do before we off the PK during double exp events.

What stronger rules are you referring? Are the ones on Forum out of date? Because I said that based on what I read about Harassment Rules here

Same way you got banned for bug abux0r, you could be banned for try scam accounts from ur alt characters, just reading the chat logs.
GMSignPainter juz need the character name you used and compare them with Breton ID or any other of ur accounts logged from there.
What you want to try? Remember when you was bug abusing at arena and you repeated thousand times :"GMs wont ban, is against rules, they only will give us warning for bug abuse"

People from each nation have accounts or access to accounts in other nations. Just cause a character from yilse pks another yilse character it doesn't really mean that Yilse pked Yilse or Zypern pked Zypern
on a zypern map.
Online games are full of turncoats and backstabbers. This one is no different. Lots of people get thier kicks from just messing with other peoples heads. And to have someone cry to GM's about it is icing on the cake for them.

If you are saying I cryed to GM because I get killed when I was leveling my level 74 and helping my guild matches who started just now on this server and want to leveling, you are wrong. GM do whatever he want, he wont care about what I will cry, GM only care if someone is leveling and get killed, so none do nothing and the player who was leveling just quit game with like 5 or 6 followers. GMSP is only smart to punish players who pratice harassment, he wont lose players if continue like this.
If you arent saying it, sorry, I get it wrong.

Not saying anything on it really. You just got to take getting pked in online games with a gain of salt.
It goes neck and neck.
Player1 I got pked so I quit.
Player2 I can't pk without being punished so I quit.

No matter what side GM takes its same deal to server.

The real thing is If the pker lost would you complain at all or laugh?
So your real complaint is GM i can't defend myself can you please help me?

Let me tell ya if your a freindly person and talk to people in game often and with sense. When a pker comes for you all you have to do is whipser a friend. And the pkers will have all the pk they can handle. Its not hard to find someone especially in yilse who would protect you from getting pked in light dungeon. Or at least try and give you a fighting chance.

1. sharing ID is not suggested
2. buy items or ID with real life cash is not suggested.

and from both incident, GM will not get involved at all. so may I ask why you lot are whining in here...
