There will be quests for lvling your character. So if you can't find a tank, just do the quests, they give as much experience as killing monsters.

I think macros should be forbiden just in some maps, like vd, gw and (where appears cycs)dont remember map name. This way u can macro jobs, parry...and maybe exp but in low lvl places. GMs just need to take a look around this places to see macroners.
Vmware... i dont knwo if should be allowed. I have 3 pc's but what happens to who have just 1? i can take sards 3 times faster?... i dunno about. Any decission of GM will be rite.

Macroing jobs is completly useless since you cannot get sards by the old way anymore, you have to do quests for those.
