Just take you time investigating where are those item being transfered to , the server maybe closed for month or so , i don't really care just get the player who take advantage of this get punished not for the legit player to get affect of these thing they don't even know what's going on.

Its always interesting watching how gms handle a problem like this. Pretty much every server has failed because gms are corrupt or gms are not organized enough for cases like these.

Welcome to online gaming. Its one of the most important issue you have to deal with as a gamemaster or server owner. Its part of the human brain. Anything to get advantage and get things faster than another person.

My character is XMONICA, Vyseus D3 warrior.
I was little quests far from D4, my quests bugged and my ticket still being waiting for months for being solved, I did focus this weeks on making rares, finally finish my first g9, did get as gift some IDs from friends where I sold items to get alot of RE and keep working on my rares.
Now you Rush with a decition where 2 weeks of rollback will DELETE all the job I did in half month, on every single of my chars.

The problem is, there was already many hack issues that has been solved thanks to the good antihack system that has been developed for years.
But all the players involved on this problem know already they doing something illegal...
I seen many noobs in arena continously gambling, they all the time repeating the following ...:

"WE ONLY WILL GET WARNED" "NOTHING HAPPEND; ONLY A WARNING WILL BE GIVEN"

Now i want to ask to all those players and GM, do you think we deserve a rollback because of your actions?
This is how legit players should be paid? We know something illegal was being done, but we dont joined. Some of us did learned the lesson in the past, some others still without learn.
Cant see why we are forced to pay with 2 weeks of rollback.
In my case i dont give a cent about having 1 week of double exp. I dont care about double exp.
I prefer you permanent ban all those players... really.

As Gm you should know, low quantity of players active, nothing to do, not even find good party this last 2 weeks. Only thing we massively did this last weeks was make rares, trades, etc.
And we dont want lose all our effort.

Ok decision is final, we will rollback. I am very sorry about it but we haven't other choice, there is just too much data to check.
However we will as I said give double exp and many other things while those abusers are banned so the innocents can compensate what they lost during the rollback and even get more.

suggestion: Server down for some days, hard punishment for the abusers, as you say delete all their items crits and RE, downgrade their dual class, remove dual fame and fame, dual quests.
But dont touch legit players items or re that was being involved in trades, they used to trust on this server and have nothing to do with this problem.
Not hard to realize if a trade was being made in a normal way, as example, selling a g8 item for 30k RE isnt the same as selling a g8 item for 100k RE....
Also can check the IPs, there are alot of tools to legitimate people´s trades.
After solving all of this, wont be a bad idea taking some extra days to fix every single ticket to put server on weels again... and motivate all those players who quit because no support.
