Maybe we should make a group of players who want work for the server, without be part of the team.
We can collect some money and use it to announce/promove this server in Asia..
From GM side ddnt get any reasonable answer when we proposed it, maybe its time to take our own decition, I believe this could be a great idea to attract alot of new players..

Let me correct you, nothing personal.
You say this will bring people together again and they will level up and all that stuff, which may be correct, but please note, what do you think people did before they reached max lvl and tactics? Level together while you are low is just a phase you are going through, we lack of content for low, mid and high level people. With a restart you wouldn't delete the current problems, just gain some time.

ya but if gm restart server many players like me because i love dragon raka:),will get more active for raise lvl and get more fun,because i dont care feel again like lv 40 or 60 and kill with multi, ice line or fw.we feel better killing ppl when we are lv 40/60/80 than at d4:)

ya in 1 year+ .but will have fun 1 more year xD d5 will not change any shit.people will not play more because they are d5..if open d5 they should add +20 tt for who get d5 or make some shit quest like kill 50 balroc/ succubus/darkbear/cyclop and give random things like 30 fame/g4 random rares/force/mv/ac bla bla, i can make a full suggestion if someone like this little one.

Or take this whole group of D4 players and choose an hour to geng pk at wg. Man, the players can make the difference, you just need to DO IT.

I just came back to play (again) and I was worried coz no one online, but, Tartarus helped me so nicely, he's doing something, he's loggin, he's asking ppl to duel. If more ppl do that, ou server will be full of ppl again, playing, pking ...

Everything get boring after awhile and need new and exciting things to do. Dueling over and over gets quite boring after awhile.

Its human nature that you don't do something that gives you no benefit. Dual 4 playing wars doesn't really give you anything and that's why players get bored of it.

I understand this, but man, you guys finished lvling, most finished tting, you guys dont need to do the thing you've done the whole time, you guys got rares, got legends ... What remains now its PK. I agree that GM Team need to improve the PK and make more events, but the main part come from you guys.
