In the case the person can help, i mean it's a good idea, won't cost anything to gm to make the server better, a shorter wait for ticket answer would be a very good thing.

Take the case of Domina who accidently wasted 500 fame for an item she was 1 week away for dual class one now still waiting, wanted to stop playing, will now wait 3 months to become d1 while she was almost there! :/

(By the time she gets her ticket answred and gets bakc her 500 fame she might be able to get it back by doing quests if she continue playing, think about it.)
