As an Experienced Priest, I can say: SS cast is damn slow, and it doesnt last long.
I am the worst mage but I guess this might work:
Put your Smart rares on. Wait a bit till their SS goes off (keep running around while that), Stun him before he cast SS again (you cast super fast), put your MV back and... you know what to do next (right? I hope so). If you feel the need, combo Fire/Ice Wall + FW
Just be calm and you wont miss the time.
