ignor whisper bug

i am not sure if it is still there but the command to ignor whisper was bug.
when you wrote the command it didnt get the cher you wanted into the ignor list and the cher could still whisper you.

even if it wasnt a bug in code, its still good its gonna be patched imo

In my opinion it's not a bug ye, but should be removed.
