The only solution would be to remove Pot NPC.. which like I said.. is not a big advantage if you really think about it.
I wouldnt say It's impossible, but i really doubt it would ever happen. Its not worth.
Changing the mobs is possible, but It sux and takes time. Its even less worth.
You must click mob by mob to change it's position (unless they changed it, but i dont think so).
Again, the war maps are not unbalanced. Maybe some nation gets a little advantage, but nothing that would unbalance the war like you are saying. Removing the Pot Seller is the only possibility I see, but i dont think it would change anything

These are all minor changes but they change wartimes in minutes. Removing potshops would make some zypern people run a few minutes more during the war. Relocating stones, making them fairly hittable would increase blasting speed by a good amount, again reducing minutes from the total time spent destroying them in the case of large wars.
There are wars that are won by matters of
seconds, so don't come out saying that it doesn't count for anything, everything counts. If a nation wins by a few dozen seconds or few minutes just cause they had the territorial advantage, means they would've normally lost most likely. This has happened many times and will still happen lots in the future.
If it is as hard to say as you do, then yeah it's not worth the bother, but I was under the impression that this would be rather easy to do. It's just moving some NPCs/objects. Though I'm not a coder, so feel free to correct me.
