I agree with this fully. Buff and buff and buff. There are no nerfs to be found. For example archers could've settled for every other class being nerfed instead of them being buffed. Well, I know I would have ( limiting shields to DS isn't much of a nerf ).
Nerfing classes would also make monsters a little bit harder to kill. If you keep buffing soon people will kill the Big Maze Dragon's heart in 30 seconds. '-_-
Why are you so afraid to dish out nerfs? Some people will cry their eyes out, but they'll still play their characters. If they stop cause of a little nerf, they were bound to soon enough anyway.
Nerfing would also smooth out the mountainous differences between casual D1s and D4s ( soon to be D5s ) a little.

Hey, I hear the sword was obtained within the 1st attempt. Sounds really difficult, challenging and something that needs a lot of tactics and planning ahead indeed. (Y)

Also, it's like the only real strong monster left, the others are rather pathetically weak.

There should be even the slightest possibility of the party/nation/team doing the quest being wiped, but currently it's just not possible, everyone's too damn strong.

Well. The amurtat is really hard to beat if you don't know the strategy or don't respect it. But ya, once it's known and respected, it's easy to beat her. Especially if one priest takes care of staying behind to ress in case the other priests die (and run out of res pots as well of course). The Amurtart was my first attempt of making a Boss hard to beat and I'm not disapointed of the result. But making a boss hard to beat with the gameplay of DR is really hard.

Just buff speed, spellcasting speed and damage, physical damage more and... add semi-invisibility to top it off. (Y)

You could make one helluva Goblin this way for example. Perhaps you could make mini-bosses out of normal monsters in the game, which have boosted stats and drop lots of potions/critt/cs books. Would make PVE somewhat more fun.

But the problem is, you were involved in that first kill. So did you give out the strategy?

I did give bits of it. But the problem is that the first time the monster lacked of HP.
The second time I didn't give any strategy (even though 4 people in the room already knew it) but it had this time its whole life.

I see, at least you're honest about it.
