Help needed from all fair players

Some time ago a friend of mine got his account hacked and cleaned out.
Support said it was normal tranfer and can't provide futher assistants (differend wording same result)
Now i'm looking to find out what player owns the char the items got tranfered to.
Would sure be greatfull of any information to that effect about char named "England"
My friend is not comming back and items will not be restored my only goal is to figure out who is doing this

Simple stupid, I know you're simply stupid at times ( like now ), but try to read the post through before replying... the real owner already tried to get help from GMs, but this isn't even what this topic is about, it's about finding out who was behind it and the character England.
