Having Major problem!!

when i double click on Dragon Raja

CreateSurface(Primary Failed! <---------------this pops up

how can i fix this i wanna play dr!

Are you running full screen or window mode? I have the same problem trying to run window mode too. Also try setting the compatability to windows xp service pack 2.
