Please implement this for the forums. People don't seem to understand this:

Why yes it does matter. In my honest opinion something that is fully written in capital letters is harder to read than that which is typed out in a normal way of a sensible person, it's also simply annoying ( though that's why Karvinen does it I'm guessing ). Ofcourse opinions may vary.

While we're add it we should also get an anti-smileyspam blocker.

WHY YES IT DOES MATTER. IN MY HONEST OPINION SOMETHING THAT IS FULLY WRITTEN IN CAPITAL LETTERS IS HARDER TO READ THAN THAT WHICH IS TYPED OUT IN A NORMAL WAY OF A SENSIBLE PERSON, IT'S ALSO SIMPLY ANNOYING ( THOUGH THAT'S WHY KARVINEN DOES IT I'M GUESSING ). OFCOURSE OPINIONS MAY VARY.

No it's because I read books and reading FULLY CAPITALIZED BS slows down my reading speed alot.
