5 tile lightning

Not sure whether its a bug or not but it is annoying. I think most wiz experience this problem before with 5 tile. Like right after u casted a 5 tile lightning, and u press the hotkey to cast it again for too fast, it will start casting again while the previous 5 tile is still blasting there but right after the previous 5 tile is finished, u suddenly stop casting the next 5 tile and u have to wait for like 3-5 secs to recast again.

Hopes my explanations helps. Kinda hard to explain it
