Rare Be Drop & Lost

hi, my bag was full item. when i go to portal, i just want to change rare from g1 to g4 MV Shoes. but it was drop (G4) at floor or dont know what happen, then lost. i cant saw it. how do like this? bug or what? i find already around all my place n screen... pls check my problem pls
