Low level laser weapon quest.

Low level laser weapon quest.

The dwarven NPC in Eastern Wanen just keeps chugging beer (gave him about 20 glasses of beer ) and doesnt let me continue the quest, just gives me some inunderstandable yellow text on the top left of my screen.
