Well, this is about the "any other non-ingame related issues" part. I'm not sure if this was reported already, but on the Main website, where there is the info about the items you need to GM Primary Jobs, it says:
Farmer GM
15 Ginsengs, 32 Crowberries & 1 million Crits
but you really need:
15 Ginsengs, 35 Crowberries & 1 million Crits
And also, under Secondary Jobs' items needed to GM, Blacksmith wasn't listed. But if I remember correctly, this is what you need:
Blacksmith GM
6 Red Prayers, 12 Shadow Dancers, 24 Blue Waters & 5 million Crits
