25 Whitebirch Log daily

Isn't asking for 25 Whitebirch logs kind of extreme for a DAILY quest? I'm not sure what the GM cutting quests are but I can't imagine them askign for over 25 Whitbirch logs. It's also not a type 'cause I had 25+ of each other type of log in my bag.

Yeah since each tree gives like maybe 4 and only like 4-5 trees in yllse i think maybe slightly more i dont remember. Not sure in vys

I got that quest too. I thought it was a sad joke and skipped it.
Since im at 99, I'll just wait till tomorrow and do a "Give 20 __" quest.

I've only gotten 1 of those logs, ever.

yeah, I'm a 98 >.< so just need to do 2 quests tomorrow. still... kinda sucky daily. This npc was bugged before.

What is the balance of the daily quests like? Clearly this daily quest is asking far too much. I don't know if tree re-spawn rates have been increased since the previous server, but if not then I would think you would get about 10-15 whitebirch per nation per spawn (if GM in cutting). This rate would not be enough to satisfy more than a handful of players in a single day.

If I were to return then it's the jobbing side of the game that interests me most, but if it's too painful to level jobs then I would not be interested.

But how about the daily quests in general? Are they reasonably easy to achieve or must you spend several hours playing in order to complete them? Additionally do these quests lead to more pk behaviour around the job sites as players compete for materials?

most dailies are very easy. 1 of the dailies of each job is to just buy 20 items and return them to him. and 2 of the jobs are to make items or mine them wich are low lvl items (except for this bugged one) wich u can get with 75 job lvl tops. as far as pk behaviour goes, i ahrdly seen any so far. been pked once fighting over a butcher pit only

Not a typo because I had every kind of other log in my bag :/

the GM quest asks for 15 whitebirch logs...

I have changed this to beech logs instead of whitebirch logs. You should notice the change after maitenance today.
