GM, just one question about game files

Greetings GM team:

I just have a question about game file editing:
For some CN players, we may add a language patch (translate item/location names only) onto the game (Make things more translatable, because DR has tons of items and it is quite a job to translate all item names to non-English readable players). Apparently this is not make any advantages or break any balance of the game. It only make things easier for non-English players. Like the game World of Warcraft, they don't even allow in-game/real life trading. But they think language pack is ok.

Is that ok to you? or restricted.

Translating the en_lan.txt file or any other language only file is allowed.
Translating item tables files is however not allowed.
