Fishing Glitch?

I was told that the "kill mob" quests have been removed...

However, when I talk to Mawdryn, it tells me to kill 20 bears?

That quest is bugged. Dont bother killing bears.

How would I reach the next level?

I just killed 20 bears and the something/20 is no longer there when I talk to Mawdryn.
However, he is still asking for the bears, no level increase either...

There are only 2 out of 4 working Fishing daily quests.
As I've only played in Yllse, I do not know the name of the maps in Vys or Zyp.
It would be in Yllse's Sedless's equivalent. Where ever the fishing area is on said map.
