how to get skills?

im level 20 and idk how to get skill points... oh and i keep picking up these signet things....wtf are they for? lol

combat skillbooks (look like a piece of parchment) will eventually drop from monsters. when u go in ur inventory then, u hv to rightclick on them. this way u'll get 1 skill point per skillbook.

signets are for making guilds and maintaining them.
