Private message can be found here on the forums. You are on the list of people to look into.

We also warned players about getting NK. -680% exp is quite a lot of NK for it to be accidental. So if you are mad at anyone, you should be mad at yourself.

i have also lost some exp roughly 200% i have pmed Gm SingPainter still no reply or any fix i guess my best bet is just to be patient right or won't the gms have the time to restore my lost exp??
