Make it so a lower grade candle cant cancel a higher grade one

Or make it so enemies also cant cancel out candles also.

Two solutions: either make it only taken effect for BOTH side partyed each other, or make it a self buff only not share to party.

only buff oneself.

and AC candle like power up candle need a nerf as well.
