Unable to leech tactics after 100lv

When my priest Pierce tactics reached 100lv, I cannot leech any more. Is it normal in this server? Other players told me that it is a bug of my computer. Could someone help? Thx in advance.

You need to train yourself to get over lv100, after lv101 you can leech it again. Also check tips section to find the max leechable tt lv.
