GM help revive zypren plz

Hi I'm an old dr player recently started playing again about 1-2 months ago. Zypren has always been quite un populated compared to the other nations. this is no new new's. I find myself in a rut tho, can't make dungeon times cause of work, so only way for me to get df is in wars, but can't win with no players to back me up. not many of the high lvl players in zypren even play anymore too. my question is GM, is there anyway to get some more people to zypren at all? i know before there was the nation transfer, but that is no longer in effect i beleive? me and my guild leader have got a couple of new players to play, and are trying to get some old players to play again but thats only a few people. if we could have GM support on this issue it would really help. balanced populations/wars will make for more epic battles too, just saying ;P lol.

They had a "Revive Zypern" event thing with free nation trasfers and they even gave away RE and some Fame if you moved, but that's long gone now. Nobody really plays unless there's double exp or they're making rares, so yeah... There's typically a few people who will get on for 1 or 2 specific wars, (attempt to) kill Yllse then log. Bout the extent of Zypern without double exp.
