Cant login

The first time I login, it pops out "Failed to login to server, please try again in a few moment."
The second time I login, it says my ID or password was not correct. But I can use the same ID and password login to the official web-site. Can anyone help me with this?

If you can log onto the website, but cannot log onto the game and you are 100% sure you have updated to the latest version, it is likely to be a firewall issue on your side.

I tried turn the firewall off but it keeps showing 1)id/password are incorrect(which I am sure I put it correctly) and 2)fail to log into sever.
However, my desktop works perfectly fine, but my laptop cant log in.
Any suggestion?

ID and password are case sensitive. Make sure you type both properly.

try disconnect your laptop, and reconnect again ~

I am having the same issue and have tried all of the above, registered 2 different times. With both of them I can not log into the game or website. Apparently there is an issue with registering and account or something. the account name is "knightme" Any help would be appreciated, thanks
