Jobs Bugged?

A few days ago I opened a Ticket but since I got no response until now I'm posting my problem here
My characters can't make rares for some reason (Materials keep dissapearing and the rare just don't show up).
But now my Miner character can't get the materials recently learned (Emeralds and Beryls to be more exact)

I hope I get some feedback soon.

They are in different accounts by the way

You must make 1 normal item of the same type as the rare you want. After that you may make 1 rare..
But If you logout, you must re-make the normal one
