Leech TT Bug?

Leech TT Bug?

why i can't leech TT on my priest? my priest is 150 lvl,blaster 136 or 126 same can't leech,my priest at begin use pike hunt, still can't leech? why?
Dual 4 Priest - HKP(150 lvl)
Dual 4 Warrior - warriorhk(150 lvl)
Dual 4 Archer - Bigarcher(150 lvl)(Merchant)
Dual 4 Thief IRONTIGER(150 lvl)
Dual 4 Thief - Sheepandcat(150 lv)(Merchant)

You need to have at least lvl 101 in your TT in order to leech.
