Manual patch not working

I can't use updater since installed Win7. I run the game by downloading the manual patch ,but the current
one seems not working. after i downloaded it(the lastest patch Ver.45) and replaced in my DR folder. it says My version is not update
also i reinstall DR and download the FULL patch still can't play.

Does anyone has any idea about this? i'd be thankful

In your DR folder. Delete Client.Ver

Then reinstall the patch.
