Weird, I never turned them off for the event. I'll do so now.

The pk was on during dbl exp, get real son. (at least Sat is on)
I think the story is GMTempest forgot to turn off pk this event and another gm find it and turned it off then he forgot turn it back to on.

Yes I told Jill pk was on stil during event and he turned off and jus didn't turn on again
