you can pk anywhere and you dont get nk except in towns

nk is only in a few nation maps, for vys it's heltern and impel only (i think). u dont get nk for pk in west desert, but there's gonna be a new system implemented. check the other topic about this viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1206
