He Still want to be migrated, even when you took 3 months and 10 days to reply to his ticket. He need re-open this ticket to re-validate it? because you seems ignoring my friend. Thanks

I dont think Breton would like to move now seeing the things being wrong mannaged. This talk bad about him if he do migrate solo without helping LordAres.
More professionalism please, dont need a coffe for it.

Edit: I dont want to full spam about this anymore, but my friend waited 3 months and 10 days to get his ticket solved, its time problem then, so garlikx changed mind and thanks to the delay on getting this ticket solved my friend cannot move from vys to yllse.
Now he find on breton a chance to move again, so you can finally solve my friend problem. They sticked to the rules so Imadori joined the exchange, since its LordAres char now, you moving only his main and alt char in exchange for Breton.

i dont see it on the rules and if by not exchaning someone OUT of vys makes it more balanced then there is no reason to move him out even if there is an exchange

My friend LordAres wanted to exchange and after 3 months and 10 days GMSignPainter replied and asked him if his exchange still wanted to be done (OF COURSE MY FRIEND WANT IT LOL), since Garlikx dont want move his char to vys anymore, my friend found Breton d3 wanted to move to vys, so they dealed each other to get both chars moved.
My friend had to re-Open his ticked as GMSP asked, .. so his ticket stay on 1# place, and GMSP deal with it, but he decided to make new one.
Whats the problem?

somewhat close but still doesn't say anything about balancing a nation... why would you move someone out of a dying nation even if it is a 1:1 exchange, doesnt help balancing issues at all. TBH i dont see either at wars (although I don't make it to every war myself)

Because it always been at rules that exchanges are allowed, and making my friend stay on a nation that he hate and dont want to play there, will be good for vyseus? if my friend go wars only will be to divine bless every fking TW around, he lose interest on playing on a nation where always let zyperns win even when they outnumbered them, just because they are mules from zyp.
My friend got a ticket created for long time (near 4 months) and GMSignPainter replied to and asked him days ago if he still wanted to exchange.
The Answer is : "HELL YEAH HE STILL WANT TO BE EXCHANGE" but not for Garlikx´s priest. Found Breton for it and my friend was really nice guy and created new ticket for it (even when he was able to reply to the last ticket where GMSP asked if he still want exchange)

Due to the important number of transfer requests, I've decided to make a topic to tell which nations are opened for transfer.
This is not a free transfer announcement, just an informations topic to know which nations are open for transfers and which are not.

However, even if transfers are closed, exchange between nations are allowed. (For example a D3 Vyseus wants go Yllse and a D3 Yllse wants go Vyseus)

Current Nations populations:
Zypern : Medium
Yllse : Very High
Vyseus : Medium

Current Nations strenght: (this is based on the Local War wins)
Zypern : Low
Yllse : High
Vyseus : Low

Current Nations availabilities:
Zypern : Open
Yllse : Full

Current transfer availabilities:
