why balancing ? for zyp+vys vs yllse for zyp win all quest + wars?

Regarding Wars, Yllse wins 90% of the wars, Zypern 9% and Vyseus 1%, you think it's balanced? It should be 33% for each.
Regarding Quests it won't change much since those who are already helping Zypern/Vyseus inside Yllse will still help them once they will be in Zypern/Vyseus. And those who are on Yllse side will stay on Yllse side and won't migrate.
Those transfers are mostly to balance Zypern and especially Vyseus in the Local Wars.

My Best friend LordAres (Lucas) did created a ticket to exchange his character with RKCK (Garlikx´s Priest), the date of ticket creation was November 5 of 2011. He was waiting for more than 3 months to do a single migration that took 2 minutes from you...

Since Garlikx dont wanted to move his priest anymore, because this was delayed 3 months and 10 days by lack of support.. your fault, not my friend´s fault... so he had to find some other player to exchange his character, HE DIDNT RE-OPENED TICKET, but he had plenty rights to do it since that long waiting. Breton (D3 Thief) was going to move to vyseus so offered his help to finally move LordAres to Yllse, but LordAres is D2 so to do it well Imadori (D1 Vyseus Thief) accepted to take part in the exchange.
So my friend had to make a new ticket, when the fact is he deserved to being migrated from his old ticket.
But now you saying you wont exchange characters, without reason? stick to the exchange rules, please, and dont delay this a single more minute anymore. Its a shame to wait for 4 months to exchange a character.

this never will 33% each nation since Vyseus and Zypern alliated to kill yllses in war. This never will be Yllse+Vyseus attacking zypern or zypern+yllse attacking vyseus... Stop joking with us please.
You are selfish as being helped by vyseus at war and never letting them win, not our fault.
