Just add the timer imo, making restriction to pk low levels won't work. Anything you can think of has something that someone can abuse. I want to be able to PK a low lvl player if he comes to my pit just to mess with me, or worse, killsteal just to annoy me. I don't want to make another char just so I could kill the bastard.
I know it's harsh but thatswhy there are guilds and stuff. If you really liek the game you will stay and find a way to get stronger to revenge, that is how all of us did it. Lets not make this like WoW. Lvling made 300% times easier, epics are not epic anymore cause you can get all epic gear in a few hours, everything costs 500% less. One of the reasons I quit wow-too easy. So don't change the PK aspect of the game, this is what makes DR the game it is. If it is done, most estonians won't be playing anyway(not a threat or anything, a fact)

it's espada (actually was*) and i already like his idea more then urs but i still see the lil loophole that might need some fixing. unlike the idea that came from u wich had no commen sence and was filled with loopholes so abviously ppl who were thinking for themselves would recognize there's something wrong

@Balzak : maybe if they changed some lvl restrictions to maps, couldnt that fix some of the problems aswell? like a minimum and a maximum lvl to enter a map

A low level char wouldn't die to the mobs (unless it's grofire).

yes it could help... and what about if the pk lvl restriction is off if you are in a map designed for higher lvls? this should make possible for ppl to help eachother but also possible for ppl kill annoying ppl..

edit: just a note.. im just throwing some suggestion lets keep this as a brainstorm and see what pops out of it right? xD

i still dont like pk lvl restrictions for the reason arab said aswell... pk lvl restrictions are always abusable

ok.. the way it is if you put minimun lvl restriction on some maps you solve a part of the problem but what could be done about low lvl players being killed by really high lvl players? what if we use noeyesee sugestion about making some of the lvling maps pkfree and with less xp from mobs? so if ppl want to lvl up they could choose from speed to lvl up or safety? and no lvl restriction?

so far i seem to like the combo of 2 solutions:
the lvl difference restriction + map lvl restriction

that should keep the low lvls out of the maps where they shouldn't be

i wasnt realy only thinking of minimum lvl but also of maximum lvl (ltho thinking it tru maximum lvl might interfere with some other aspects of the game)
