we could have some capes that dont give any effect that could be dropped by some monsters... i never had a cape =X

Why not have like a mini boss in every dungeon or something that drops them but has like a 2-3 hour spawn time , like sometimes theres a DeathKnight in Ice dungeon last floor , and sometimes a mini boss in Abyss and Mini Dungeon not sure about the others though. And maybe have the drop rate of like 50%

if they were to put something in like that it should hv more like spawntimes of vamps. 3 vamps a week...

Tbh, I hate the fact that everyone is running around with capes. Back in .my times, capes used to be so rare that the wearers were respected. I'd like to see that again, but I also understand that capes are probably the biggest income in mall.

Capes do look nice @_@, so respectable players will need even better looking capes.
