What about people who play with their brother, parents, kids, so on. Or cyber cafés? You'll block any second person playing from the same location as well.

They can send a list to Gms if they want to be an exception. Usully parents plays in same nation.

Oh yea... and it will take only 2 minuts to solve, like all other simple tickets, and no one will have to wait for 3 entire months to be able to play, right?
