True, but what I meant here is you don't get any warning about the failure when it happens.
It also happened three times in a row, even after I tried to make another normal item first (of the same kind, of course).

Made a normal Grand Cap -> success with full system output
G1 Grand Cap -> success (wrong rare :lol: ) with full system output
Normal Mischa -> success with full system output
G1 Mischa -> failure without any warning
Normal Mischa -> success with full system output
G1 Mischa -> failure x3 without any warning

Updated with a minor textual issue.

Astrologer spell shop says your INT/WIS is not high enough when you don't have enough WS/PS but do have enough INT/WIS.
Tried with both wizard and priest.
