My brother waiting GMs to solve his case he make his ticket at Thursday July 7 / 2011 11:24pm. I do think this is more urgent than some other case, because it was due to bug, my brother had 3 nk got pked and killed and dropped G7 item from inventory.
He add char name, map, day, hour and minutes about when it happend.
His ticket was created almost 2 months ago..
I just find his case more important and urgent than my tickets but somehow my stuff get solved even being 1 month and more++ old than my bro`s ticket.
Nothing to complain just wanted to know whats going on with this because I find it odd, I really appreciate your great explanation dear GMTempest but for me still being really odd.

I cant talk about me because I havent been waiting 2 months for solve my tickets, but If I do put myself as my brother place, being low level and wasted alot of time making a G7 item for leveling then get his rare dropped due to bug... I think is relevant and it deserve a good explanation about why a player should wait 2 months for solve his problem. More if He notice alot of players get solved their newber tickets before his older one... and more if there is common known by us that there where other players who had bugged and dropped rares and get solved in 1 day in the past.
I would say it again, isnt a complain its just something I want to know because it made me feel bad about my brother. As you seen I dont put any ticket number here, you should know about what ticket im talking about.
