It doesn't. Agility candle still works against stroke, as ridiculous as it sounds. Imo it sounds more like a bug than a feature since Stroke is supposed to provide the player with 100% accuracy.

Not really! As i and some hk friend test at other server before (NewRaja and HK DR server),
stroke candle effect vs Agility candle effect.
Which effect will happened finally depend on the time for u use.

FOr example, A hitting B
1. If A used stroke candle, then suppose 100% (No any miss, negate all smart), but if B used agility candle later, the smart rates (Miss) will change to 50%.
But 2. If B used agility canlde first, the smart rate is 50%, but if A used stroke candle later, the rates will change to 100% again.

So, to sum up, which canlde effect will show depend on who used later. used later one will chanel the before one effect.

Don't know is it same about this server, can any GM test and prove it?

Why would someone use pro? (unless you are forced to, cause you getting dced by using TS).

This problem really trouble.
Not only the wizard who cant use TS will easy die by theif/archer and warrior.
Someone stand near the wizard who try to use TS will also got DC!

Well not really since the calculation of which attack will miss and which will not is at the moment of the attack and not at the moment when the candle is used. So basically during the attack, the stroke candle will still ingore the whole smart rares but it won't ignore the agility candle.
And to be honest, even if it's a bug or not it should stay like that. High grade Agility candles are harder to make than a simple G1 Stroke candle.

The fact is stroke candle can ingore the smart rares but not include the ability candle?

Well I don't know how agility candle works regarding Stroke candle. But what I'm sure of is that I've survived from stroke candle by using agility candle.
And what I meant earlier is that everything is calculated at the moment of the attack. So it doesn't matter who uses the candle the first as long as both candle are activated at the moment of the attack.
