i think ill be nice create a rank with all characters lvl 20+.

A lot of new players ill use this to motivation and train hard till come to top or close to top...

In anothers servers of DR i think i saw this, then i think is not soo hard to set.

Im sure. Doing this the new players ill not leave the game after see how complex dr are and ill keep focus to level your char.

The ranking idea is very simple to implement, but I can't see how It would help

Is better to give new player some tutorial quests to start. It helps to them to understand game faster instead of constantly asking ppl, or just quit the game.

erm.... i think help on motivation coz when i played in others servers, at begin i checked this rank every day to see how long i was from top....
