Main purpose of a server is to have more players everyday playing it.
No advertising, no updates in time, no support because GMs aint active to solve tickets made you lose players. Whats wrong to let them play if already got punished, better to have them active playing than you logging at ghost town.
And please lets not talk about hacks because in that case you should had to be noticed some priest from ur guild that i wont say the name get d2 without balroc tooth and quests, and some days ago he reached D3 in a legit way, but not so hard to check this and GMSignPainter know about what Im talking about, so please...
Let play everyone but keep control on hacks. Many of us have learned to play fairly so I dont believe they gonna play here to lose time hacking again. I know Brandon-Kidkiller-Reece would think on playing back, even many players that quit long ago and if GMs sent them an email calling them to come back we could get some players...

To be honest, I really got no idea why a serious scammer/hacker still talking about play fairly like hes a fair player all the time in fact hes not.
