you need to kill the etin at light dungeon , not ether etin or piercing etin

Hi,

First talk to NPC again and ensure you were given an ettins quest. If that does not resolve it, make a ticket to have your quest reset, I'll try to get the support GMs to reset it ASAP

Hope you guys can got quests fixed soon.
GM should consider the reparation for those guys -_- (like 10m per day lol i get 10m per day 90% of the time).
