when i dropped my mantle because my bag was full, ppl YLS restore it to me very fast.
Is sad that zyp don't do that...

and about ticket... i opened a ticket 1 month ago or more, gm's asks me more inf, i reply them and still haven't a answer

really guys.. try to be a bit more careful.. stop to drop ur items.. lots of tickect are couz the players are too noobs and drop his items.. we dont have so many gms active and they are working in tickect like this..
i am 100% this time was not a bug and u was full of pot of something like that...
