i cant change Multifire skill ( archer skill ) to the thief skill. The NPC in the tactic training zone is bugged. Tolds me to kill 20 brues, but the counter never appears. Please help me . Ticket is 584999

Yesterday one AV club ( guild from Yllse) member steal a sardonixs from another player. The inventary was full, the sardonixs went to de floor and PandaPam or something like that take the sard. That player have a fleet of 8 minners, that takes sards every day (probably cheating qith a macro) . That "player" yesterday made an harasment report against one of my guild members. Today my guild member recieve a warning from Gms. I made a ticket 12 days ago and noone respond... i have to think some people have special atention? or favoritism? Please explain me what happend here. If u have some time please fix my bugs, i cant go lvl easy.

Each member of the team each have their own duties. The ones who handle harassment are different from the ones who handle bugs. I have noted your ticket to the support team.

Also, I never warned your guild member, I only asked him to tell me his side of the story and he is pking the other member.

1. i dont think that call "steal"
if someone's bag was full thats his own fault
he should take the responsibility of such fault and result
2. opening 2 or more charaters doesnt mean "cheating"
learn to play the game newcomer
3. i waited for around 3 weeks before my ticket got just a useless reply
be patient as i know there r some tickets which was not solved yet for more than a month

To be honest, I still find this as a steal, people are not always aware their bag are full and shouldn't always be their entire responsability imo.

1) Thanks Gm tempest to make this clear, i will wait all the time necesary to recieve an answer from who handle BUGs troubles.
2) He told me that if he dont response, will be take as a warning. I will tell him, thanks again.
3)to KBS, if i lose something in my real life, and u find it, u should give it back. If not, u are a thirf. I play same as i live .
4) If u have 8 characters mining at the same time, and playing with another char, looks extrange to me. At least for a human . btw im older on this game .
5) If u wait 3 weeks, and other player recieve his answer in 1 day, u will not write here?

U go try full bag and do sard quest Urself .and see if sard drop on floor

U dogs just keep pking my miner and wont stop even GM warninged, just making new char do so.
