Character won't create

I have installed and uninstalled the game again and again the whole afternoon but I just can't get my characters created. It says"fail in making character". Nothing show on but I just click continue but then I stuck in the nation choosing. No matter Whig nation I chose, I just couldnt get in at all. Would anyone please help me..? I have tried to do administrator open and also make it be "windows xp version". Still not work..Thanks..

Dear Player;

Make sure your character's name only contains alphanumerical characters (A-Z 0-9)
